The Company collects the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from E-kalimera.com (the “Site”).

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for order fulfilment, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations) and the contracts resulting thereof.  In order to do this, we may also use this Order Information to:

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records and your Personal Information only for 5 years, unless applicable rules and regulations impose for longer period.

 

MINORS

Clients should not be underaged. Students however can be underaged provided their parents have provided their consent.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

 

USE OF FEEDBACK

Your feedback will not be used for any other purpose than improving our services unless you explicitly consent to it being used for marketing purposes on our website or social media. In this case, only the first name, the content of the feedback to the extent that does not identify any particular person or divulge any data protection sensitive information and the country in which you reside will be used.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
